
My online sessions are done on Zoom and are designed, focused and customized based on the child and/or family needs. The duration is 45 min or 1 hour, depending on the age of the child.

Each session aim to benefit children, introducing them to mindfulness practices including Meditation, Control Breathing and Mindfulness through the senses and body, among others.
Children are provided the tools, space, time, and knowledge through fun, interactive guided activities to develop a healthy and positive mindset, a better relationship with themselves and others. We also empower them to develop a mind - body connection through affirmations and visualizations, among other tools.

In this space, children also have the opportunity to explore, discuss and reflect on different emotions, the causes, their purpose and are provided tools on how to regulate them.
All resources and material list are send by email 2 days prior from the agreed date of the session.
